The fork buffet is the only menu used when booking
the Pavilion for conferences.
We do not intentionally use Genetically
Modified Foods. However, some dishes may include these ingredients,
i.e, Soya, rape-seed, etc. Please check with the Duty Manager
if you would like more information.
